38-0 Football is a free football team simulator. You draft a squad of legendary players and simulate a league season, aiming for a perfect run. There is no real-money wagering, no entry fees, and no cash prizes — the Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where required by your local law.
4. Your account & conduct
If the Service requires an account or email sign-up, you're responsible for keeping your details accurate and your access secure. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to manipulate results, disrupt the Service, or access it through unauthorised means.
5. Availability of leagues & features
We may add, change, or remove leagues, features, or content at any time. Squads, simulated results, streaks, and statistics are provided for entertainment and may be reset, adjusted, or discontinued without notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Service's design, branding, text, and game mechanics belong to Brato Media unless stated otherwise. League, team, and player names are used descriptively to identify real-world competitions and football history; 38-0 Football is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club, federation, player, or player's estate.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brato Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
